Vyasha Bhoobun and Joe Kou are joining together to create a safe, supportive and non-judgment space for men to connect, express and release at a deep level.

Be part of our Return to the Body program designed to help you dive deep into understanding deeply ingrained patterns whilst clearing obstacles and restrictions holding you back from reaching your highest potential physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Our goal is for you to learn to ''feel into your body'', discover and start disolving your inner blocks. Meet Joe

Retreat Facilitator

My passion lies in exploring alternative approaches to wellness often overlooked by conventional methods. My personal journey through a childhood of instability and abuse, along with struggles like toxic shame, major depressive disorder, and undiagnosed ADHD, ignited my pursuit of somatic practices and trauma recovery, which I found profoundly life-changing. Guiding diverse clients globally, I empower them to navigate deep patterns and traumatic adaptations, leading to profound shifts. My focus centers on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space by integrating the physical body, intuition, creative expression, and multidisciplinary techniques. I wholeheartedly believe in the interconnectedness of all aspects of ourselves, even the unspoken. Together, let's embark on a transformative journey, unlocking your potential for a more balanced, joyful, and authentic life.

Meet Vyasha

Retreat Facilitator

Vyasha has been coaching clients for the past 10 years. She started off as an Ayurvedic practitioner and Naturopath, teaching healthy habits, nutrition and coaching people through emotional releases. Having grown up as a neurodivergent child herself, her practice has since then evolved to nervous system regulation and somatic work. She is currently being trained in BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System (BBTRS). Vyasha is best known for her nurturing and compassionate approach, as well as addressing the body as a whole to get to the root cause of the issue.
